The Qualitative Results
The qualitative results of all NFTE training around
the world are analyzed on a scientific basis. The
tool for this analysis was developed through careful
testing and in collaboration with Vlerick Management
School.
For example, 91% of the total participants in the
NFTE training classes completed the program and
obtained their certificate. Click here to read the
comments
from our former students.
Using this new method the analysis revealed the
following:
 |
48% of the participants either obtained
employment or started their own business. |
 |
24% of the participants went on to additional
training. |
 |
For 15% of the students, their professional
situation remains unchanged. Typically,
these students are less than 18 years old
and are still obligated to attend a formal
educational institution. |
 |
For 13% of the participants, there is no
information available. |
It was also demonstrated that:
 |
At the end of the program the desire and
interest of the participants to start their
own business climbs from 25% to 50%. |
 |
77% of the participants feel ready to seek
employment or start their own business. |
 |
33% wish to prolong their formal education
compared to 7% before the beginning of the
program. |
 |
The general level of knowledge of the business
world explodes from 16% to 70%. |
Assessing the level of abilities and positives
attitudes required for work, the following improvements
were observed:
Self
confidence: + 74%
Team
Spirit: + 48%
Organization:
+ 27%
Respect:
+ 20%
Punctuality:
+ 11%
Motivation:
+ 25%
When comparing these results with a scientific
study carried out by Harvard University and Brandeis
University, similar results were obtained in the
United States. These various studies demonstrate
that the entrepreneurial spirit can be learned.
In fact, 97% of the participants in the NFTE training
saw their professional abilities and knowledge
of the business world increase considerably. The
number of students who wished to pursue the opening
of their own business increased form 20% to 59%
after completing the training.
