The criteria for participation in
the program are simple. When reviewing
a candidate for acceptance into the
program, the events of an individual’s
past are not a factor for acceptance,
only their desire to change
is important. |

NFTE begins with the principle that
each person possesses the necessary
elements to transform themselves
and apply the entrepreneurial spirit
to their private and professional lives.
The program first identifies these elements
and then acts to simulate them. Later,
the program expands its focus and addresses
and develops other abilities not readily
apparent. During the process, the NFTE
trainers work to restore the confidence
within each student. |

The no nonsense approach used
by the trainers is effective. The program
is designed to meet the individual needs
of the participant. All the courses
are interactive and are based on practical
issues. They are taught with the student’s
point of view in mind. |

Practical, “real-world“
business knowledge is a very
important component of the program.
The NFTE trainers are certified and
either come from the private sector
or have significant interaction with
the business world. They not only have
a rich array of business experience
and practical knowledge, they have the
strong desire to share this knowledge
with their students. |

NFTE Belgium strongly believes in
the strength and vitality inherent
in the spirit of the entrepreneur
. The NFTE trainers try to develop the
required attitudes for assuring a lasting
professional integration or for helping
the students begin their own business.
These attitudes can also be used for
completing or continuing a student’s
formal education. |

The NFTE students learn to
take hold of their own private and personal
lives. They learn to do things
and make choices that enhance their
lives.
